The region couldn’t have any safer, and the people any friendlier.
Travel logistics were definitely not the easiest, and short distances quickly turned into long times.
This is a small series of point-and-shoot snapshots from throughout the trip, the film had been sitting in a roadside kiosk for what looked like eternity, which I thought it quite appropriate considering the days were pushing 50 degrees Celsius, and we were all fading away.
